The Install

The same method every time, built around your people, partners, channels and tools. Take all of it, or start with the piece that hurts most.

Two ways in

The Full Install

$15,000.

Ninety days at most, fixed price. We build what your setup needs most, in the tools you already own. Before you sign, a one-page plan shows what’s in, what waits, and why.

A Focused Install

One phase.

Most start with the audit: what you made, what actually ran, what it cost, and a written plan for the rest. Sized and priced on the fit call.

Sprint 1 · The Install
$15,000

Fixed. Three months or less. Your setup decides where the time goes, and you get the plan in writing before you sign. When it’s done the system is yours: your tools, your accounts, working whether or not we stay on.

  • The whole system, built in the tools you already own
  • One owner per stage, in writing, with authority
  • A weekly review where stuck work becomes decisions
  • By day 30 you know how much of what you make actually goes live
  • We don’t produce creative, buy media, or judge which ad won

The measurement promise: you’ll see made over live with the raw counts, every week. If something can’t be measured yet, the report says “not measurable” instead of making it up. Estimates are labeled as estimates.

What the install covers

Three phases, three questions. The full detail lives in your written plan, not on a webpage.

Phase 01 · Find the Waste

Where is everything, and what did it cost you?

Every asset found and priced. What ran, what sat, what it cost. Your leaks mapped, in your numbers.

Phase 02 · Build the Pipe

Why isn’t it live yet?

One owner per stage, a weekly review where stuck work becomes decisions with dates, and your worst leak fixed end to end.

Phase 03 · Hand It Over

Does it run without anyone chasing it?

Agents watch for stuck work, your team runs the weekly review, and whether we stay is your choice.

The kind of thing we install

Every install is built from pieces like these, eight of many. The fit call decides which ones you need.

“UGC arrives in six different inboxes.”
One intake. Every creator delivery lands in one place, named, tagged, and rights-logged the moment it arrives.
“Nobody knows what’s cleared to run.”
A rights register wired into your library: every asset shows its usage window and whitelisting status at a glance.
“The 9:16 versions never exist.”
A pre-flight check: nothing goes to media without every format, link, and name. First try, not fourth.
“Meta gets everything. Amazon gets nothing.”
Routing rules: each approved asset maps to every channel it was made for, and the gaps surface weekly with counts.
“One senior person routes it all by hand.”
An owner per stage and a weekly signal where stuck work becomes decisions with names and dates. They get their job back.
“What actually went live this week?”
A verified-live report: platform IDs captured, live counts weekly. Answered without asking anyone.
“Approved work sits for weeks, silently.”
Aging alarms: agents flag anything stuck longer than you allow, before a human has to remember to check.
“It all breaks when we switch tools.”
Connections built on your tools’ official hookups, saved in your accounts, written down. Swap a tool and the route survives.

Take the keys, or keep us on

Take the keys.

Your team runs it, the automations keep watching, and everything lives in your accounts. We prove it first: three clean weeks in a row, at least one without us in the room.

Keep us on.

We stay and run it with you: the weekly review, the follow-ups, the partner chasing, the reporting. Priced after the install, from what the work actually took. Only for installed clients.

Not for you if

You make ten assets a month, one agency feeds one channel, or what you actually want is better ads. Marshal does not make ads. We make the ads you already paid for reach the places they were made for.

Start with the fit call

Half an hour tells you whether this is your problem. If it isn’t, we’ll say so and point you somewhere better.
