Find the breaks in your creative flow.
In 30 minutes, Marshal maps where your creative comes from, where it needs to go, what breaks in between, and what usable inventory is already sitting idle.
Most brands do not need another folder of creative. They need flow.
You have creators delivering. You have an editor backlog. You have media buyers asking for fresh assets. You probably have winning ads from last quarter still earning while their ingredients sit unused. The problem isn't volume — it's the operating layer connecting source to launch.
Eight things we look at in 30 minutes.
The Creative Flow Snapshot.
A written document sent within 48 hours. Seven sections, each tied to a specific gap or opportunity in your supply chain.
A map of every creative source feeding your team — creators, agencies, editors, affiliates, existing libraries.
What is sitting in folders, what is stale, what needs rights cleared, what could ship today.
Where assets are getting stuck between source and launch — and why.
What is missing from briefs, casting, and editor handoffs that is costing you reach.
Existing footage and clips that could be ad ingredients — but aren't being routed.
Whether the 90-day install fits your team — and what its first deliverable, the Creative Waste Map, would price from your own numbers.
The single highest-leverage operating move to make in the next 30 days.

One engagement: the 90-day install — $15,000, fixed scope, with a named graduation date in the agreement from day one. We diagnose where your creative flow leaks, install the system inside your own tools, and transfer it to your team. At day 91 you choose the fork: Marshal keeps running the cadence as a managed service, or we onboard your own creative-ops owner and step down. We'll tell you straight on the call whether it fits.
Marshal runs on TRACER, our internal ledger. Clients don't buy dashboard access.
Tell us where you're stuck.
Ten quick fields. We'll use them to make the 30-minute call useful from minute one — not spent on intake. Calendly opens after submit with your name and email pre-filled.
About the call.
Is this a sales call?
No. It is a 30-minute diagnostic. We map your current creative supply chain and flag what is breaking. If Marshal is a fit, we'll say so. If it isn't, we'll tell you that too.
What happens during the call?
We walk through your current sources, your asset locations, your routing path from production to ad accounts, and the operating gaps in between. You answer questions, we take notes, we send the Creative Flow Snapshot within 48 hours.
What do I need to prepare?
Nothing required. If you can share a screenshot of your asset library structure, your current Calendly/intake links to creators, or a sample brief, the call goes faster. But we can start cold.
Do I need to give you ad account access?
Not for the diagnostic. During an install, access is scoped to what the work needs — usually your asset library and tracker, with read-only permissions where possible.
What happens after the call?
We send the Creative Flow Snapshot — a written document with sources, inventory issues, routing gaps, recommended next step, and 30-day focus. From there, you decide if you want to engage. No pressure, no follow-up sequence designed to wear you down.
Does this cost anything?
No. The Creative Flow Review is free. If you choose to engage afterward, the engagement is the 90-day install — $15,000, fixed scope, with a named graduation date in the agreement from the start.
Is this only for brands running paid social?
Mostly. Marshal's value lands hardest on brands that produce creative weekly and spend against it. If you're only running organic + email, the operating gap usually isn't acute enough to justify the install.
Will you replace my existing team?
No. Marshal is the operating layer between your existing creators, editors, agencies, and media buyer. We coordinate the work they do — we don't replace them.
