What it costs

One line item, billed monthly. Samples, shipping and creator fees pass through at cost. The rights end up in your name and stay there when this ends.

After the first three months you can leave any month. If this is working, you’ll see it. If it isn’t, you shouldn’t need a contract to get out.

$5,000 is the founding price, and it rises with each client or partner I close. The rate you start at is yours for as long as you stay. Three months to begin, then month to month, at the same number.

If you leave, you keep everything

Everything made while we work together belongs to you. Not licensed, not parked in a tool you don’t own. Yours.

  • The creator list, with contact details
  • The rights paperwork, with the terms and dates on every one
  • The videos themselves

Sent within a week. No exit project, no handover fee.

Worth asking anyone you are comparing this to. Some hold the rights inside their own platform. Some run the videos from their own ad account. Here they are signed to you from the start, and they stay yours when this ends.

What you get from me, and when

Three things, held. Not a dashboard, and not a daily email you stop opening by week three.

  • A written update every week, on the same day, sent whether the week was good or not. Samples out and posts back, the creators who went quiet and what I did about it, the rights signed and the ones running out, and what went to your ad buyer.
  • A call once a month, with the numbers sent in writing the day before, so the hour goes on decisions instead of me reading a report out loud.
  • A message the day something needs your decision. A creator wants different terms, a rights request is refused, a sample is lost. You hear it that day, not on Friday.

Between those, the Library is open: every video with its paperwork attached, in your name, at any hour, without asking me first.

You get the files, not a picture of the files. Every update links to the actual videos and the actual paperwork. Every number says where it came from and when I pulled it. There is nothing in an update you cannot open yourself.

No dashboard login, and no daily update. A dashboard from a one-person shop is me typing into a spreadsheet that renders as a web page, and the real state is already in the Library. A daily update means having something to say every day, which is not true in a week spent waiting on shipping and filming.

I would rather promise three things and still be doing them in month three than promise four and pad one.

What comes off your plate, and what stays yours

I run the chain up to the handoff. Your ad account is where I stop.

Off your plate

  • Finding creators, reaching out, getting them started
  • Samples, start to finish, including chasing the posts
  • Coaching the creators whose posts sell
  • Usage and whitelisting rights, tracked on every video for as long as they hold
  • Paid actors for scripted videos, when you need them
  • The Library, where every video and its paperwork stays findable
  • Handing over the videos worth clearing, labelled, to your ad buyer

Marshal never touches

  • Your ads and your ad account
  • Your TikTok Shop storefront
  • Editing and producing the ads themselves
  • Fulfilment and customer support
  • Running your creator Discord or community

Seven years of buying ads is why your buyer gets exactly what they need before they will put money behind a video. Your ad account stays yours.
